A Private Equity firm acquires and decides to merge two successful & competing organizations in the Speciality Healthcare EMR domain. Technology teams being the largest part of the organization and the most critical to the success of the merger, the CEO identifies the need to bring someone with prior experience in post M&A integration.

Outcomes accomplished

1. Recommended and helped implement the go-forward Product Strategy based on strengths & business potential of the overlapping products

2. Designed & implemented the Technology organization structure based on contemporary SaaS team design concepts

In the backdrop of such growth the company also wanted to start preparing for Series A funding. The Founder CEO realizes the importance of scaling the organization, especially the Technology organization where a lot was dependent on the CTO who was already getting over subscribed.

1. Streamlined the Engineering process tooling by implementing workflow management with different JIRA solutions
