How Commercials Work

Outcome based payment: Fixed fee project and payment linked to outcomes achieved, with a stage wise completion for payment disbursal. This model works best when the outcomes are specific and measurable.

Retainer based payment: Recurring payment paid on a monthly basis for a fixed block of hours. This works best for scenarios like Coaching or Advising, Fractional CTO, or anything that needs an ongoing engagement with the company.

Pay by hour: Ideal for very short assignments that need less than 5 hours of time. Quite uncommon, but works for very specific & targeted outcomes.
