Helping a Design & Architecture company based in Switzerland transition from their previous technology vendor, establish a capable offshore team, and build a modern technology foundation. Enabled AI adoption with change management and bottoms-up rollout—defined AI SDLC practices, achieved 10x code throughput, and designed a complex taxonomy application using AI-assisted development.
Problem Statement
The company operates multiple design-focused portals (Design Discovery and Catalog Portals) and needed to transition away from their incumbent vendor to a new offshore partner. The technology platform required modernization: real-time content updates, operational visibility, security hardening, and a path to modern UI frameworks. Foundational project management practices for delivery and innovation also needed to be established.
Outcomes Accomplished
- Successfully completed vendor transition without major hiccups; full environment now in client's control
- Real-time CMS updates: Reduced content update turnaround from 12–24 hours to minutes for Design Discovery and Catalog Portals
